                                                    Reasons To Clean Your Gutters:

 HOW: Brycorp Provides bi-annual gutter cleaning services to all scheduled customers. Customers under the Route Customer Program can enjoy worry free service with no need to tend to their gutters again! Route Customers will not be charged if someone comes out and checks your gutters and they don't need to be cleaned. We use air pressure to clean the gutters and downspouts. We will blow off drive ways, side walks, and patios/porches. But we won't pick up your yard. You don't have to be home, if you're not home we'll leave a door hanger on your door. We'll send the bill in the mail.

 
WHY: Having your gutters cleaned is a very important job to have on your to do list once or twice a year. The job is often overlooked because its not only a dirty and tedious task, it's also the most dangerous house hold chore. Problems with clogged gutters go beyond the waterfalls you see pouring off your roof when it rains, or the neat looking icicles that hang off your gutters in the winter. Clogged gutters could potentially wreck havoc on your homes structure. If the water isn't flowing or draining properly it means it can and mostly will seep into the walls and ceiling of your home. Overflowing water can damage paint and siding. What you don't see is the water rotting the wood underneath. Clogged gutters also cause flooded basements and cracking foundations. If you have your gutters cleaned twice or even once a year depending on how many trees you have, you wont have to worry about any structure damage. ​     Route Customer Program:
If you join the Route Customer Program during the gutter seasons, Spring (May-July), and Fall (November-March) You will have priority cleaning. If we come out to clean your house and it doesn't need it, you won't be charged. If we accidentally missed a spot, we will come back and do it for free. If you want us to call before we come out, you'll be marked as a heads up. We won't clean your gutters until we get the okay if you choose to be a heads up. We will automatically come out when our gutter season begins, and since 
you're a route customer there is no need to call we will be out there as fast as we can.

​        Non-Route Customers:
You do not have to be a route customer. You can be put down as what we call a "Spot Call Customer" where you call us to let us know when you want your gutters done. During our gutter seasons, Spring (May-July), and Fall (November-January) our Route Customers will have priority cleaning. If you're a spot call and tell us you need your gutters cleaned during the season you'll be last on our list. 
You will be charged each time we come out. If your gutters are still clogged and it's our fault, we will clean them for free.
